I had a fantastic stay at The Westin Perth. My room was spacious and offered stunning views of the city. However, I did find that the service was a bit lacking at times, as the hotel seemed understaffed.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were large, comfortable, and had large picture windows that provided beautiful views of the city.
Service
7.0
While most staff were friendly and welcoming, the service felt a bit slow and disorganized due to understaffing, particularly in the executive lounge and around the pool.
Location

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions.
Dining

I enjoyed breakfast at Garum, where the buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, though I think it could use more organization at peak times.

The gym was well equipped, and the pool on the fifth floor was a refreshing spot. However, I noted the pool bar was closed and it lacked direct staff supervision.

I had a pleasant stay at The Westin Perth overall, enjoying fantastic service and a lovely ambiance. However, the experience was slightly marred by inconsistent housekeeping and limited amenities in the room. The dining options were really good, especially the food at Garum, which I loved.

Rooms
8.0
The Deluxe King Room was spacious and well-decorated, although I found the bed linen to be average and the pillows too high for my liking. I was also surprised that the room did not contain a bathtub as advertised.
Service
8.0
The staff were wonderful, being very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, there were times when they didn't seem to notice my Bonvoy status during check-in, which I found a bit odd.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated just a short 5-10 minute walk from main attractions while still being away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. It made exploring Perth really convenient.
Dining
9.0
I thoroughly enjoyed my meals at Garum, where both food and cocktails were delicious. Breakfast was also good, particularly the omelettes. The late-night room service had limited options, but what was available was enjoyable.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had excellent facilities including a pool, spa, and gym, making it a great place to relax. However, the housekeeping service did leave some room for improvement as they did not change my sheets during my stay.

My room was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable, featuring a large bathroom and great views of the city. I appreciated the automatic blinds, though one side malfunctioned during my stay.
Service

While the staff were generally friendly and helpful, there were moments where more assistance could have been provided, particularly upon arrival with luggage and during busy meal times.
Location

The hotel's location is great for exploring Perth's CBD, with many dining and shopping options within walking distance, but the presence of homeless individuals in the area made me a bit uneasy at night.

The dining options, especially the breakfast buffet, were impressive with a wide range of choices. However, I found some of the room service items to be lacking in taste.
Facilities

I had an overall fantastic experience at The Westin Perth, with the hotel's location and room quality standing out. However, I did encounter a few issues with service and cleanliness that dampened the experience slightly. The restaurant, Garum, was a highlight, but some facilities, like the pool service, could use improvement.

Rooms
8.0
My room was exceptionally clean and beautifully appointed, with spaciousness that added to the comfort. However, the windows were quite dirty, which detracted from the overall presentation.
Service
6.0
While I found the staff to be mostly polite and helpful, I did experience some lapses in service, especially around the pool area where I had to wait longer than expected. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail regarding the mini bar, which was empty in my room.
Location

I enjoyed my stay at The Westin Perth, marveling at the stylish decor and the modern feel of the hotel. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with great dining options nearby. However, I did notice some areas for improvement, like the room cleaning service and the body care products, which were only single-use.

Rooms

My Premier King Room was spacious with stunning city views from the 28th floor. That said, I found the air conditioning weak at times and the cleaning seemed rushed, needing a request for service late in the day.
